Meet Caira Schole, the passion and purpose behind Sterling Accounting Group LLC (S.A.G.). For years, Caira poured her talent and energy into big corporate engines—burning the midnight oil to deliver flawless financial reports and strategic analyses. Yet every evening, she carried a quiet conviction: she wanted to do more than feed the profit machine. She dreamed of arming the hardworking entrepreneurs she admired with the same corporate-level financial expertise. 

She saw too many small business owners tuck their bookkeeping into the “maybe later” pile—only to be blindsided by panic at tax time or surprise cash-flow crises. Like so many dreamers who start their own ventures to become the hero of their story, Caira decided to walk her talk: she launched her own firm, naming it for her greatest inspiration—her son, Sterling.

Today, Caira leads S.A.G with the same dedication she gave her corporate clients, infused with a mother’s heart for nurturing potential. She believes there is a story in every service or product sold and wants to be a part of your successful story.
